Vendor Request Form

    ​We are working to lock down a venue in central Connecticut, stay tuned.
    General event admission will be FREE.
    There will be a fee associated with the vendor booths.
    $50/booth for General Vendors
    $40/booth for CTRAMM Referral Network Service Providers Vendors.
    You will not be charged anything to complete this form, this is simply a survey form to gauge interest and types of vendors. Booth tickets will be available once the location is confirmed. You will be contacted by email with next steps once we have more information available. This event will be held in August on a Saturday or Sunday. Please vote below so we can lock down a date in August!
